2. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the

basis of the instructions received from his client, states

that his client would be more than willing to be posted

In this view of the matter, we deem it proper

to dispose of the instant writ petition by directing the

respondent to post the petitioner as District Programme

Officer in the office of CMO, Chamba within one week

from today. Interim order dated 28.12.2020 passed by

this Court stands vacated.
