Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has been transferred contrary to the transfer policy of the

State Government.

2. On the other hand, learned Additional Advocate

General submits that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the

respondents by making a representation for the redressal of his

grievances.

3. We have heard learned Counsel for the parties and

perused the entire file carefully.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Counsel for

the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the

petitioner to file a representation by giving reasons and grounds for

.

recalling the transfer order before the respondents-

State/competent Authority within one week from today and the

respondents-State/competent Authority are directed to examine

the same and pass appropriate orders within two weeks thereafter.

In the meanwhile, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail leave of the

kind due. r

of.
