1. Whether the Courts below have misinterpreted, misread and misconstrued the pleadings and evidence on record particularly Ext.PE/1-G and Ext.PW1/B and thus impugned judgments are vitiated?

2. Whether the Courts below have failed to consider the settled law with respect to non-joinder of necessary party?
