                                 ORAL ORDER

1. When the matter was called out, learned advocate for the

applicant was not present to assist the Court.

2. From the record, it appears that the applicant has

challenged the impugned judgment and order passed by the

Principal Judge, Family Court, Kutch-Bhuj dated 12.10.2021

in Criminal Misc. Application No.469 of 2016 preferred by the

respondent no.2 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973. The respondent no.2 was granted

maintenance amount of Rs.1,500/- only from the date of

application i.e. 27.12.2016. As very small amount was granted

to the respondent no.2 at Rs.1,500/- only by the Family

Court, this Court would not like to interfere in the order or

examine legality of the impugned order.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the present

application stands dismissed.
