Learned Advocate Mr. Ramnandan Singh for the petitioners would submit that the Civil Suit, from which the order impugned in the present petition arises, has been decided by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vapi, vide judgment and order dated 16.11.2022. Having regard to the same, learned Advocate Mr. Singh would submit that the present petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous. The said judgment and order passed by the learned Civil Court is taken on record.

Having regard to the same, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.

Needless to clarify that the parties can avail appropriate remedy against the judgment and order passed by the learned Civil Court.
