Heard learned advocate Mr. K.M. Parikh for the petitioner.

By this order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :

"A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit and allow the petition filed by the Petitioner.

B) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or directions to Respondent no.1 for early and quick disposal of SA No. 88/2018 filed by Respondent no.2 and Respondent no.3 against the Petitioner in accordance with law in a stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

C) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass any other just and proper relief may deem fit, be granted in the interest of justice."

At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Parikh for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would again file a fresh application before respondent no.1

- Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Ahmedabad with a request to pass the judgment which is pending since 19th November, 2018.

Respondent no.1 is directed to consider such application and decide the same in accordance with law by pronouncing the judgment which is kept pending since 19th November, 2018.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
