The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.02.2019 passed by the learned M.A.C.T. (Aux.) Vadodara in M.A.C.P. No.406 of 2003 and M.A.C.T. No.407/2003.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
