The present appeal is against the judgment and conviction dated 10.04.2004 whereby the petitioner was convicted under Section 304 Part-II IPC and was sentenced to suffer RI for three years.

In view of the extant norms, the respondent informant is not a necessary party. However, said respondent informant/ victim shall be at liberty to participate in the proceeding if so desires.

In view of the aforesaid, service is complete. LCR has also been received.
