Heard Mr. D. Borah, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated Page No.# 2/2

17.11.2021 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta in Title

Suit (M) F.C. 03/2018 whereby the petition filed by the appellant seeking a

decree of divorce was rejected.

We have perused the grounds taken in the memo of appeal.

Admit the appeal.

Issue notice upon the respondent returnable in six weeks.

Appellant to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent by

registered post with A/D as well as by usual process.
