Heard Ms. C. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S. Saikia, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The applicant prays for condoning the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 08.12.2017 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cachar, Silchar in MAC Case No. 778/2016.

Although the cause of delay shown by the applicant is not satisfactory, however, as learned counsel for the respondents has made no objection in condoning the delay, prayer of the applicant is allowed.

The delay of 45 days is condoned.
