This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 07.02.2022 passed by
the learned Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh in connection with Sessions Case
No.399/2013 convicting the appellant under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and
sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine of
Rs.3000/- with default stipulation.
Admit the appeal.
Call for the LCR.
Issue notice returnable in six weeks.
