Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the operation of the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2019 passed by the Member, MACT No. 1, Kamrup, Assam in MAC Case No. 3029/2015 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of the Gauhati High Court.

The claimant shall be at liberty to withdraw the aforesaid 50% amount on execution of a bond.

The IA(C) stands disposed of.
