                     Heard on MCC application for modification in judgement dated 27/07/2022
               passed in FAM No.47 of 2019.

                     It is contended that name of Deepak Kumar Tiwari, J. has wrongly been
               mentioned as Deepak Kumar Dubey, J. in the last page of the judgement, that
               may be corrected.

                     Considering the prayer made, in the last page of the judgment name of
               the Hon'ble Judge be read as Deepak Kumar Tiwari, J. in place of Deepak
               Kumar Dubey, J.

Remaining part of the order dated 27/07/2022 passed in FAM No.47 of 2019 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, MCC stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be placed in the record of FAM No.47 of 2019.
