1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the present
appellant has filed CRA No.1384 of 2021, but by mistake he has filed present
appeal challenging the same impugned judgment dated 29.09.2021 and,
therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with the liberty to
raise all the contentions and grounds in CRA No.1384 of 2021.
2. The other side has no objection. Accordingly, permission is granted.
3. Consequently, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the
liberty to the appellant to make submission and raise all the contentions and
grounds in CRA No.1384 of 2021.
