same.

It was submitted by the learned Advocate representing the decree-holder

that the Special Officer had not received any offer for purchase of the property in

question pursuant to publication in daily newspapers namely "The Times of

India" dated 25th September, 2025 and "Ei Samay" dated 25 th September, 2025

with regard to the Flat No. IF, 1st floor, Embassy Co-operative Housing Society

Limited situated at Premises No. 4, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700017.

Let the matter be fixed on 20th January, 2026.

The personal appearance of the substituted judgment-debtor no.1 is noted

and dispensed with.
