The judgment debtor is produced under arrest.

It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the Affidavit of

Assets in terms of the earlier order of Court would be filed by 22 September,

2023. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that on a prior occasion,

the judgment debtor had been arrested and undertaken to give all

particulars pertaining to the secured assets and the insurance claim made

in respect theirof. The judgment debtor undertakes to make such their

disclosure prior to the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of October under the

heading 'For Examination of Judgment Debtor".

It is made clear that in default of any of the aforesaid directions,

appropriate orders would be passed on the returnable date. The award

holder is directed to furnish all pleadings in this proceeding to the judgment

debtor upon usual costs. The judgment debtors are also requested to

amicably attempt to resolve their disputes.

The concerned police officer is present in Court and their presence is

dispensed with for the present.
