Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors is however unable to indicate as to when the matter is likely to be taken up. It does not also appear from the submissions of learned counsel for the alleged contemnors that the alleged contemnors have taken any serious steps in having the matter heard.

List this matter on 1st December, 2023. It is made clear that the Court will proceed with the contempt application in the event the alleged contemnors are unable to show any further developments.
