that this writ petition has become infructuous in view of
certain subsequent events, which took place during the
pendency of the writ petition.
Such submission of Mr. Deb Roy is, however, not
disputed by Mr. Chatterjee, learned senior advocate
appearing for the petitioner.
In view thereof, W.P.A. 7135 of 2020 stands
dismissed as infructuous.
