The Court: By an order dated 3rd November, 2022 passed by a

learned Single Judge of this Court, the judgment-debtors were directed

to file their affidavits of assets in the required form, failing which

warrants of arrest will be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The Court is informed by the Deputy Sheriff that the judgment-

debtors have not filed their affidavits of assets. Hence, the warrants of

arrest are extended and the jurisdictional police station is directed to

take steps for implementing the said warrants against the judgment-

debtors.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are, hence, directed to implement this order and

ensure execution of the warrant of arrest in production of the judgment-

debtor no.2 before the Court on the returnable date.

List this matter after six weeks.
