The Court: Counsel on behalf of the judgment-debtor no.2 submits that

the judgment-debtor no.2 has not been able to come to Court today and prays

that another date be fixed for his examination.

In light of the above prayer, the matter is adjourned for a period of four

weeks and the judgment-debtor is directed to be present in Court on the

returnable date.

Counsel on behalf of the judgment-debtor no.4 submits that he will file

his affidavit of assets within two weeks.

Accordingly, time to file affidavit of assets by the judgment-debtor no.4 is

extended by two weeks from date.
