1. The present contempt application has been preferred for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 30.04.2024, passed in Writ A No. 1946 of 2024. The relevant extract of the same is quoted hereinbelow:-

"After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the reliefs sought in the writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 i.e. District Magistrate, Sultanpur which may be directed to be decided within a time frame fixed by this Court to which learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioner submits a representation before respondent no.2 then respondent no.2 shall endeavour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and the relevant rules within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of."

2. Shri Abhishek Anand, District Magistrate, Sitapur, has filed an affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 30.04.2024, passed in Writ A No. 1946 of 2024 has been complied with and now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

4. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
