1. At the very outset, Sri Vivek Shukla, additional chief standing counsel for the State has made preliminary objection that the petitioners are admittedly appointed/engaged by an outsourced agency i.e. opposite party no. 8 and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable on his behest.
2. In support of his contention, he has placed reliance on the judgment rendered in the case of St. Mary's Education Society and another versus Rajendra Prasad Bhargava and Ors. passed on 24 August, 2022.
3. From perusal of the pleadings also it emerges from paragraph six that opposite party no. 8 is the society registered under the society registration Act which is an outsourced agency and the petitioners are inducted by the outsourced agency, thus, the instant petition is hereby dismissed.
4. Consigned to records.
5 However, it is open to the petitioners that if, they still feel aggrieved with the order, they may approach the appropriate court/forum.
