1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the summoning order dated 13.12.2023 as well as further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 4188 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506 I.P.C. in respect of applicant nos.1 & 2 and under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. in respect of applicant nos.3 to 7, Police Station - Saket, District - Etah, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Etah.

3. The Court is of the view that the applicants can always file a bail application before the competent court.

4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such an order being passed.

5. In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to appear before court concerned and file appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021, decided on 07.10.2021.
