Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner on instruction fairly submits that he is pressing only the prayer No.II i.e. to decide the Restoration Application and restored the Revision No.191 of 2016 (Computer Case No.2016531316000066) under Section 48(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.

Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 5 have no objection if the above prayer is allowed.

In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Revisional Authority to decide the above referred restoration application, expeditiously, after taking note of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Smt. Shivraji and others Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation, Allahabad and others, 1997 SCC OnLine All 505 : (1997) 88 RD 563 (FB).
