This appeal has been filed by the appellants, i.e. 1.Mohammad Ali S/o Ewaj Ali, 2.Asghar Abid S/o Bulaki 3.Firdos S/o Mohammad Ali 4.Farakhat S/o Mohammad Husain 5.Ali Mohammad S/o Peer Mohammad alias Peera, all resisdents of Village Sankhini, P.S. Jahangirabad, Bulandshahr, challenging the judgment and order dated 26.04.1982 in Session Trial No.219 of 1981, passed by the Court of Second Additional Session Judge, Bulandshahr convicting the accused appellants.

As per office report dated 30.05.2023/ 11.07.2023 based on the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr being Letter No.286/C.J.M./ Bulanshahr dated 04.03.2023, all the aforenoted accused appellants of this appeal have died.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is abated qua all the appellants, i.e. the appellant Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Office is directed to remit the trial court records to the concerned court.
