1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners and perused the record.

2. The basic relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the court below to decide the Misc. Application No. 198 of 2023 (Sri Krishna and others Vs. Yogendra Singh and others), expeditiously.

3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that an application for correction under Sections 152 and 153 read with Section 151 C.P.C. was filed in the court court below on 24.08.2023 for necessary correction in the judgment and order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Suit No. 1718 of 1987 ((Sri Krishna and others Vs. Yogendra Singh and others) expeditiously.

4. The matter is pending before the Court below since 4 months and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid application most expeditiously in accordance with law and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
