There is a suggestion from the appellant bank, however, the suggestion is not very clear.

Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel requests that the suggestion be placed on record in writing as the decree dated 12.01.2018 is of Rs. 2 Crore with 18% interest.

The learned counsel for the judgment creditor has shown his willingness to accept the amount of decretal amount with 7% rate of interest if is offered by the appellant herein to put an end to the issue in dispute.

These are the instructions from his client. Learned counsel for the respondent may sent email to the learned counsel for the appellant on record on 26.04.2023.
