This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.01.2015 passed in MACP No.81 of 2013;Smt. Santoshi Versus Smt. Ram Kali and others, by means of which the application for amendment filed by the petitioner was rejected.

Shri Suresh Chandra Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Shri Waquar Hashim, learned counsel for the respondent no.4/New India Insurance Company Private Limited submits that the MACP No.81 of 2013;Smt. Santoshi Versus Smt.Sonkali and others has been decided by means of judgment and award dated 20.08.2015 and the Insurance Company has filed First Appeal From Order No.972 of 2015 before this court and produced a copy of the order dated 24.11.2015 passed in the said FAFO. Accordingly this petition has rendered infructuous.

Dismissed accordingly.
