None present for the applicant when the case is taken up for hearing. However, learned AGA for the State as well Shri Alok Kumar Srivatava, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 is present.

The instant bail cancellation application has been moved by the complainant/ informant of the case to cancel the facility of bail granted to opposite party no.2 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.3.2918 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4640 of 2018 on the ground that the opposite party no.2 is pressurizing and abusing the applicant to do compromise in the case.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 has submitted before this Court the judgment and order of the trial court dated 17.8.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 386 of 2017 and Sessions Trial No. 49 of 0218 whereby the opposite party no.2- Liyaquat has been convicted for committing offence under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC and Section 4 D.P. Act. The judgement of the trial court dated 17.8.2021 is taken on record.

Since the opposite party no.2 has been convicted by the trial court, in the considered opinion of this Court the instant application has become infrucutuous and is dismissed as such.
