Sri Yatindra, learned counsel, who appears for U.P. Basic Education Board, has placed before the Court the correspondence dated 04.07.2022 which has been addressed to all the District Basic Education Officers and Finance & Accounts Officer wherein it has been clearly stated that the candidates who have been allotted other districts pursuant to the judgment of appellate Court dated 14.09.2021 the candidates will be relieved between 11.07.2022 to 13.07.2022. He further contends that the candidates have to report at the allotted districts between 18.07.2022 to 19.07.2022.
On the contrary applicant states that the name of the applicant is in the list issued by the Board.
Sri Yatindra, learned counsel, states that in case name of the applicant is there in the list published by the Board, she will be relieved from her present assignment between 11.07.2022 to 13.07.2022.
As the order has already been issued by the Board on 04.07.2022, present contempt application is rendered infructuous.
Dismissed, accordingly.
Contempt notice stands discharged. File consign to record.
In case the order of appellate Court is not complied by the opposite party in its true spirit, the applicant is at liberty to file the recall application.
