This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 4.8.2012 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.3, J.P. Nagar in Case No.334 of 2012, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 427, 406, 392 IPC, P.S. Bachhraun, District J.P. Nagar by which the complaint has been dismissed under Section 203 Cr.P.C.

Perused the impugned order by which, there appears no illegality or material irregularity or manifest error in the impugned order. Matter is 10 years old. It appears that due to efflux of time, revisionist has lost interest in the matter and does not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this criminal revision is accordingly, dismissed.
