This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2013 passed by Division Bench of this Court on Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 60758 of 2005.

However, there is nothing on record to demonstrate that the order was ever brought to the notice or knowledge of the opposite party.

In the absence of above fact, the contempt application, at this stage, cannot be held to be maintainable and accordingly stands dismissed.
