About the Organisation

The office is actively engaged in litigation and legal research, providing interns with practical exposure to legal drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Law students enrolled in a recognized law college/university
• Preferably 2nd year onwards 3-year/5-year course and law graduate.
• Basic knowledge of legal research and drafting
• Serious and committed candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting in court matters and observing court proceedings
• Legal research and drafting of pleadings
• Preparation of case briefs and notes
• Maintaining case files and records
• Drafting of legal documents and notes
• Assisting in case preparation
• Court assistance

Number of Interns Required

1-2 (may be increased based on requirement)

Supreme Court of India, Tilak Marg, New Delhi-110001, India.

Law students from any recognized law college/university who are willing to learn and gain practical legal exposure.

Stipend

As per performance and discretion of the Advocate.
