The President of India has assented for the appointment of six judicial officers as additional judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri Justices
- Vikas Bahl,
- Vikas Sun,
- Sandeep Moudgil,
- Vinod Sharma (Bhardwaj),
- Pankaj Jain and
- Jasjit Singh Bedi,
Additional Judges, to be Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.”
