Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, Advocate, for the respondents. (2) Petitioner applied for electricity connection in respect of a house situate at Rukutt Compound, Mallital, Nainital. Since electricity connection is not being issued in his favour, therefore, he has approached this Court seeking a direction to the competent authority to release the electricity connection.

(3) Learned Counsel for the parties are unanimous on the point that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 2620 of 2025. (4) In such view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 11.9.2025, rendered in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 2620 of 2025.
