This is an application filed under Order 41 Rule 5 CPC for staying operation

of the judgment and award dated 24.06.2025 passed in TS (MAC) 10 of 2023

by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, North Tripura, Dharmanagar.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and after

perusal of the records, I deem it imperative to stay the execution of judgment

and award dated 24.06.2025 passed in TS (MAC) 10 of 2023, till disposal of

connected appeal subject to condition that the applicant-Insurance Company

shall deposit Rs.10 lakhs out of the awarded amount to the Registry of this

High Court. On such deposit, the respondent-claimants shall be at liberty to

withdraw the same unconditionally as per procedure.

With the aforesaid, this instant application stands allowed, and thus,

disposed of.
