Pursuant to the directions given by this Court on

16.9.2022, learned counsel appearing for the respondent -

Institute of Banking Personal Selection has produced result of

the post of Officer Group-B Examination, wherein the

petitioner was allowed to appear provisionally.

As per the result furnished by the respondent - Institute

of Banking Personal Selection, the petitioner is declared

successful in the aforesaid examination.

The interview process is going to be started tomorrow

i.e. 19.11.2022.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it

appropriate to allow the petitioner to participate in the

interview, scheduled to be started tomorrow i.e. 19.11.2022.

List on 14.12.2022, as prayed.

The result of the petitioner furnished by learned counsel

for the respondent be returned to them.
