The impugned judgment and award is of dated 31.03.1998 passed by District & Sessions Judge, Baran in Suit No.20/1996 whereby and whereunder compensation to the tune of Rs.3,30,000/- has been awarded for which both appeals are jointly and severally liable.

In S.B. Civil First Appeal No. 147/1998, appellant-Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. has deposited Rs.1 lakh, for which counsel for respondent-plaintiffs admits that the same has been disbursed to them.

As a last opportunity, list both appeals on 28.11.2022 in 'supplementary list'.
