Both the counsel of the parties submits that the compromise

entered between the parties.

In view of the above, both the parties are directed to appear

before the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall

verify the compromise arrived between the parties and thereafter

submit a factual report before this Court on the next date of

hearing.

List on 15.12.2022.

In the meanwhile and till next date of hearing, the

petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with FIR

No.211/2022 registered at Police Station Khamnor, District

Rajsamand.
