Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that against
the order of eviction, the petitioner has preferred writ petition
wherein this Court has issued notices to the respondents on
25.04.2022, however, after issuance of the notices by this Court,
the respondent No.3 has issued last notice to the petitioner on
01.06.2022 and directed him to remove his possession over the
land in question.

Issue notice of the second stay petition, returnable within a
period of three weeks and be given 'dasti' to the learned counsel
for the petitioner for service.
In the meanwhile, status quo as it exists today shall be
maintained by the parties.
