same may be ordered to be detached.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Divakar

Sharma appearing in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.514/2020 and

after going through the writ petition, it appears that S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.514/2020 has wrongly been attached with S.B. Civil

Writ Petition Nos.4663/2022 & 10373/2020.

Hence, office is directed to detach S.B. Civil Writ Petition
