1. Corpus has been produced before the Court.

2. We have interacted with the corpus. She has specifically

stated that she wants to go with her parents and does not wish to

go with the petitioner.

3. Since the corpus has expressed her desire to stay with her

parents, nothing survives in the present petition, hence, the

present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.

4. Accordingly, present Habeas corpus Petition stands

dismissed.

5. The amount in sum of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the

petitioner shall be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal

Services Authority, Jaipur.

6 Copy of this order be provided to the learned Assistant

Government Advocate.
