2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for pension

notionally from the period 0.02.1987 to 05.01.1994 and in this

regard the petitioner has made a detailed representation before

the Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department,

Government of Bihar .

3. Considering the limited relief as claimed by the

petitioner in the present writ petition, the Secretary, Food and

Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar is

directed to take a final decision with respect to the relief as Patna High Court CWJC No.5486 of 2023 dt.07-08-2023

claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition in

accordance with law within a period of two months from the

date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed

of.
