ORDER
C.M.P(MD)No.10898 of 2022 has been filed to condone
the delay of 293 days in preferring the second appeal in S.A.
(MD)SR.No.69910 of 2022.
2. This Court, by order dated 22.08.2024 has directed the
petitioners/appellants to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-to the respondents
within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of
that order. On 23.09.2024, when the Miscellaneous Petition was
taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the
petitioners/appellants. Therefore, it was ordered to be listed today,
under the caption ''for dismissal''.

3.Today(25.09.2024), when this Civil Miscellaneous
Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the
petitioners and it appears that the petitioners/appellants have not
paid the cost, as directed by this Court on 22.08.2024.
4.Since the petitioners/appellants are not interested in
prosecuting the Miscellaneous petition as well as the second appeal,
this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, the
second appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
