                     Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

                                                         JUDGMENT

Mr.C.R.Prasanan, learned counsel for the appellants and

Mr.K.Rahul, representing counsel for M/s.V.Soundharya Meenakshi,

counsel on record for respondent No.2, are before this Court.

2. The 2nd appellant has filed an affidavit dated 11.09.2024, stating

that the matter has been settled between the appellants and the

respondents. The affidavit of the 2nd appellant is recorded. To that effect,

learned counsel for the appellants has made an endorsement in the case

3. In view of the affidavit filed by the 2nd appellant as well as the
