JUDGMENT

This Writ Appeal has been instituted against the order dated 24.08.2023
passed in W.P.(MD)No.20780 of 2022.
2.The learned Single Judge has not issued any positive direction to the
appellants to provide appointment. The order states that the representation
submitted by the petitioner dated 30.06.2022 is to be considered and an order is to
be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the
order.
3.Once such a direction has been issued to consider the representation,
the authorities competent are at liberty to consider the representation on its own

merits and based on the records available. Thus, there is no impediment for the
appellants to consider the representation and pass orders on merits and in
accordance with law and uninfluenced by any observations made in the order
impugned dated 24.08.2023. Therefore, the appellants are directed to dispose of
the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2022 within a period of six (6)
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With this clarification, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
