2. We have carefully perused the grounds raised in this Review

Application. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the judgment

passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.143 of 2009,

dated 16.07.2012. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed.
