The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has circulated a

letter, dated 20.07.2022, requesting the Registry to list this writ petition

under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

2. When the matter appears today under the caption 'for

withdrawal', the learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented

that the writ appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn and he has also made

an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
