By order dated 21.11.2022, SPC was issued to the respondent no.1. The registered letter has been received back on the ground of insufficient address. From the judgment and decree passed in Civil Appeal No.27-A/1998

which was filed by the respondent no.1, his address has been given as Gurjarpura Bhopal. The SPC was also issued at the same address. Thus, it is clear that the SPC was issued at the address which was given by the respondent no.1 in the memo of appeal filed by him. Under these circumstances, the respondent no.1 is treated as served.
