This petition is against the order passed by the revenue authorities Signature Not Verified SAN mutating the name of respondent No.3. With regard to the same property, civil Digitally signed by SUDESH KUMAR SHUKLA Date: 2022.06.23 10:31:15 IST suit for declaration has been filed by the petitioners and the trial of that civil suit

has been concluded but final order could not be passed pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in connected petition (M.P.No.705/2017) restraining the trial Court to pass final order.

Today, M.P.No.705/2017 has been disposed of directing the trial Court to pass the final order.

In the circumstance, the present petitioners are directed to move fresh application for mutation pursuant to final judgment and decree to be passed by the trial Court in pending civil suit.

With the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of.
